As an Admin Support team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include:
– Providing exceptional customer service at the reception desk
– Assisting with administrative tasks and client inquiries
– Managing appointment bookings and client records
– Utilizing Canva for creating engaging content
– Managing our social media presence to enhance our outreach
Key Qualifications:
– Previous experience in reception or customer service is highly desirable
– Background or experience in psychology is a plus
– Proficiency in using Canva for content creation
– Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
